    摘要:

    本文对不同配比的复合催化剂在双基推进剂中的热分解特性进行了研究。实验结果表明铜盐的加入降低铅盐的热分解温度,炭黑的加入不但降低铅盐的热分解温度,而且使铅盐的放热峰面积增加。这说明炭黑与铅盐热分解产物之间发生了化学反应。这正是炭黑增加了铅盐对推进剂的催化作用的原因。

    Abstract:

    The thermal decomposition behaviour of composite catalyst with different proportion in double base propellant was investigated by means of DSC. The result showed that the copper salt decreased the decomposition temperature of lead salt.Carbon black not only shifted the decomposition of lead salt to lower temperature,but also.increased its exotherm peak area which indicated that the chemical reaction between carbon black and decomposition products of lead salt catalvzed the combustion of double base propellants.
