    摘要:

    研究了聚醚/硝酸酯(NE)/RDX 体系低特征信号推进剂的组分与特征信号的相关性。理论计算结果表明,当AP和Al含量分别降至10%和2%时,燃气中Al2O3和HCl的总含量比丁羟推进剂降低87%以上; 测试了Al含量在1%~13%范围内2 cm和5 cm波段处的微波衰减。

    Abstract:

    Relationship between formulation constituents and signature characteristics was studied in the title propellant,containing polyether,nitrate ester and RDX. Theoretical result showed that the total content of Al2O3 and HCl in the combustion gas could be up to 87 percent lower than common HTPB propellant, when the content of AP and Al was controlled lower than 10% and 2% respectively. Microwave attenuation at 2 cm and 5 cm wavelength was measured for diverse formulations,the content of Al changing from 1% to 13%.
