    摘要:

    以棉纤维为原料,合成了一种新型推进剂用含能黏合剂-纤维素醚硝酸酯。首先利用α-氯甘油醇与NaOH反应生成的醚化剂——缩水甘油,用异丙醇水溶液为溶剂体系,对纤维素进行碱化、醚化、过滤、中和以及提纯处理,得到了二羟丙基纤维素醚,在选定HNO3/CH2Cl2为硝化体系的基础上,对产品进一步进行硝化,得到了能量较高、热塑性好的二羟丙基纤维素硝酸酯,并对其结构、含氮量、安定性及力学性能进行了分析测试,结果表明产物含氮量可达13.11%,安定度达2.3左右,力学性能优于含氮量在12.2%的硝化纤维素。

    Abstract:

    Cellulose ether nitrate as novel energetic adhesive for solid propellant was synthesized. Etherifying agent was synthesized by reacting 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol with NaOH. Dihydroxypropyl cellulose was prepared by consecutive alkalification,etherification,filtration,neutralization and purification. Nitrodihydroxypropyl cellulose,which was a new type of high-energetic adhesive for solid propellant,was synthesized with dichloromethane-nitric acid system as the nitrating agent. The products′ structure,nitrogen content,degree of stability and mechanical properties was analyzed. The results indicated that the nitrogen content of nitrodihydroxypropyl cellulose could reach 13.11%,the degree of stability could reach 2.3,and the mechanical properties of the products were better than that of NC with nitrogen content 12.2%.
