    摘要:

    运用酸碱滴定法测定了硝酸直接转晶、乙酸乙酯-氯仿转晶得到的六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(HNIW)的酸值。通过对比发现,对于硝酸直接转晶得到的HNIW的酸值测定,可采用80 mL丙酮作溶剂,以中性红-亚甲基兰作酸碱指示剂;对于乙酸乙酯-氯仿转晶得到的HNIW,可采用50 mL丙酮作溶剂,以树脂酚兰作酸碱指示剂。

    Abstract:

    Method of acid- alkali titration is traditional analysis method. It is typical of manipulation easy, little error and excellent accuracy. In this paper, by using the method of acid-alkali titration, the acid number for ε-hexanitrohexaazaisowurtane(HNIW)obtained in two system(nitric acid and ethyl acetate and chloroform) was determination respectively. Different conditions were determined. For ε-HNIW prepared in nitric acid system, titration conditions are 5-6 g HNIW with 80 mL acetone as solvent and neutral red-methylene blue as indicator. For ε-HNIW prepared in EtOAc-CHCl3 system, conditions are 5-6 g HNIW with 50 mL acetone as solvent and resorcin blue as indicator.
