    摘要:

    为讨论管道收敛角、体积流率、胶凝剂类型与含量等三因素对凝胶推进剂管道流动特性的影响,用SIMPLEC算法、二阶迎风格式离散柱坐标系下N-S方程,对凝胶推进剂在圆管中的流动进行了二维数值模拟,计算结果表明:(1) 体积流率增大,粘度减小,含量增大,粘度增大,它们的改变引起粘度变化不显著; (2) 收敛角增大,出、入口截面平均表观粘度降低幅度不断增大,出口截面平均表观粘度不断减小至近牛顿粘度水平η,当角度改变到一定值后,其引起粘度的变化将不再明显。结果说明:流经管道的体积流率和胶凝剂类型与含量的改变是引起管道流动粘度变化的非显著因素,而管道收敛角是引起粘度变化的重要因素,且在粘度变化与压降需求之间存在最佳结合点。

    Abstract:

    To evaluate the effect of the tapered round pipe geometry,volumetric flow rate and gellant type or content on the pressure drop,the velocity and viscosity fields,the governing equations of the steady,incompressible,isothermal,laminar flow of a Power-Law,shear-thinning gel propellants in pipe were formulated,discretized and solved. A SIMPLEC numerical algorithm was applied for the solution of the flow field. Results show that the mean apparent viscosity decreases with increasing of the volumetric flow rate and increasing of the gellant content results in an increase in the viscosity. The results also show that the cone semi-angle can produce additional decrease in the mean apparent viscosity of the fluid. The mean apparent viscosity decreases significantly with increasing of the convergence angle of the pipe,and its value is limited by the Newtonian viscosity η. The effect of the cone semi-angle on the mean apparent viscosity is more significant than that of the volumetric flow rate and the gellant type or content on the mean apparent viscosity. Additional decreasing of the viscosity results in an increase in the pressure drop with the increasing of cone semi-angle. It is important to pipe design that the viscosity decreasing and the pressure drop increasing are taken into account together.
