    摘要:

    计算了柔性爆炸网络各部分的输出同步性误差,分析了影响系统输出同步性的主要因素。试制了以银壳柔性导爆索为主要传爆元件能实现一入九出偏心起爆和一入十二出中心起爆的柔性爆炸网络样机。样机的扩爆药柱和导爆索的装药均为聚奥克托今CⅢ。对样机输出性能的测试分析表明,同步爆炸网络均能可靠作用。系统的输出同步性为200 ns左右,比同尺寸同类设计的同步性提高了100 ns以上。

    Abstract:

    By calculating the output synchronous error of the main parts of the flexible explosive circuit,the main factors affecting the output synchronization were analyzed. Two kinds of explosive circuit (one in nine out eccentricity explosive circuit and one in twelve out center explosive circuit) samples based on silver code were produced. The charge of the column and the code were HMX CⅢ. The output performances of these explosive circuit samples were tested. The results show that the function of the explosive circuits can be accomplished. The synchronous error of the circuit is within 200 ns which is better than that of the similar circuit.
