    摘要:

    分析并验证了圆柱形平头铜射弹冲击起爆带盖板Comp B装药,利用LS-DYNA模拟了圆柱形平头和圆头钨射弹冲击带不同厚度钢盖板的Comp B装药起爆过程,定量地分析了起爆临界速度随盖板厚度的变化规律,讨论了发生延迟起爆(XDT)现象的原因和机理。 结果表明,直接冲击起爆计算结果能够较好地符合Jacobs判据,圆头与平头钨射弹冲击带盖板Comp B 装药临界起爆速度满足关系式Vround≈1.15Vflat,发生XDT现象是因为炸药被破坏及反射冲击共同作用所致,且XDT现象产生位置均在邻近底板的炸药界面处。

    Abstract:

    Based on the experiments of cylindrical flat nosed copper projectiles impacting Comp B with various thickness steel cover plates,the explosion processes of cylindrical flat and round nosed tungsten projectiles impacting Comp B with various thickness steel cover plates were simulated. The curves of critical velocity vs thickness of the steel cover plate were quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the calculational results of direct shock initiation satisfy Jacobs criterion to a larger extent. Furthermore,the relationship between flat and round nosed tungsten projectiles velocities were obtained,i.e. Vround ≈1.15Vflat. At last,the reason of the delayed detonation(XDT) events was analysed. The cause was attributed to the mutual effects between the damage of Comp B and the reflection shock.
