    摘要:

    采用绿色硝解剂五氧化二氮(N2O5),在有机介质中硝解三(N-酰基)六氢化均三嗪制备出黑索今(RDX)。考察了溶剂、N2O5用量、反应温度、反应时间对硝解产率的影响。结果表明: 以乙腈为溶剂,N2O5与三(N-酰基)六氢化均三嗪摩尔比为5:1,50 ℃下,反应1 h,三(N-乙酰基)六氢化均三嗪和三(N-丙酰基)六氢化均三嗪的硝解产率分别可达63.5%和75.2%。产品通过红外光谱、核磁共振、元素分析表征。

    Abstract:

    RDX was synthesized via nitrolysis of 1,3,5-triacylhexahydro-s-triazine with dinitrogen pentoxide(N2O5) in organic solvents(acetonitrile,nitromethane,chloroform,thtrachloromethane). The effects of organic media,dosage of N2O5,reaction temperature and reaction time on RDX yield have been investigated,which could be up to 63.5% and 75.2% respectively from 1,3,5-triacetylhexahydro-s-triazine and 1,3,5tripropionyllhexahydro-s-triazine with acetonitrile as solvent,and in the following reaction conditions: molar ratio of N2O5 to triazine 5:1,temperature 50 ℃,and the 1 h. IR,1H NMR,and elemental analysis confirmed the obtained product structure.
