    摘要:

    用TG/DTG、DSC及实时测定凝聚相分解产物的固体原位反应池/快速扫描傅立叶变换红外光谱联用技术,研究了纤维素甘油醚硝酸酯(NGEC)的热行为和热分解机理,利用Kissinger法和Ozawa法计算了热分解反应活化能Ea和指前因子A,利用热力学关系式计算了分解反应的热力学函数ΔG≠、ΔH≠和ΔS≠,通过非等温DSC曲线的特征温度估算得到了NGEC的热爆炸临界温度Tb。

    Abstract:

    The thermal behavior and decomposition mechanism of nitrate glycerol ether cellulose(NGEC) were studied by means of TG/DTG,DSC and solid reaction cell in situ in conjunction with rapidscan Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (RFSTIR) for measuring the condensed phase decomposition products in real time. The kinetics parameters (activation energy and preexponential factor) and the free energy activation,enthalpy of activation and entropy of activation for decomposition reaction were computed by using the Kissinger′mothod,Ozawa′s method and thermodynamic relations. Based on the characteristic temperature from the nonisothermal DSC curves,the critical temperature of thermal explosion of NGEC was estimated.
