子弹撞击对发射药易损性响应影响研究

    摘要:

    选用单基药、双基药、太根药和硝基胍药等发射药,采用速度为(850±20) m·s-1的12.7 mm标准穿甲弹撞击样弹,研究子弹撞击机械刺激下发射药的易损性响应特性和影响因素。结果表明: 子弹撞击对发射药的易损性响应程度与发射药能量水平无明显对应关系,但与其配方组分、药型以及子弹的穿透深度有一定关系; 约束条件对发射药子弹撞击下易损性响应影响明显,发射药在强约束条件下发生燃烧甚至比燃烧更剧烈的反应,而在弱约束条件下未发生燃烧反应。

    Abstract:

    The response characterastics and the impact factors of typical propellant charges were discussed in terms of general methods of tailoring the propellants to counter mechanical threats by the bullet impact,where bullet type is a 12.7 mm armor-piercing projectile,and the impact velocity is (850±20) m·s-1. The results show that there are obvious correlations with the propellant compositions,forms and the piercing depth in the vulnerability response extents by the bullet impacts,but the energy level of propellants. Also,there are obvious influence on the propellant vulnerability response for the restrained conditions to the propellants. The typical propellants have no violent reaction in the weaker restrained conditions.
