    摘要:

    以2, 3-二氨基吡啶为原料, 经闭环得到2, 3-二氢-1H-咪唑并[4, 5-b]吡啶-2-酮(1), 并在HNO3/Ac2O体系中硝化, 合成出1, 3, 5-三硝基-2, 3-二氢-1H-咪唑并[4, 5-b]吡啶-2-酮(2), 产率为44.6%。采用核磁共振、质谱、红外对其进行了结构表征。利用差示扫描量热技术和热重分析法研究了化合物2的热性能, 分解温度为153.0 ℃, 热重变化范围为130~450 ℃, 共失重55.5%, 热稳定性差。

    Abstract:

    2, 3-Dihydro-1H-imidazo[4, 5-b]pyridin-2-one(1) was synthesized by ring-closing reaction using 2, 3-diaminopyridine as primary material. A novel compound 1, 3, 5-trinitro-2, 3-dihydro-1H-imidazo-[4, 5-b]pyridin-2-one(2) was obtained with it by nitration in the system of HNO3/Ac2O, with a yield of 44.6%. Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR, MS and IR, and thermal behavior of compound 2 was studied by differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry. Results show decomposition temperature of compound 2 is 153.0 ℃, and the mass loss due to overall reaction (130~450 ℃) is 55.5%, indicating poor heat stability of compound 2.
