Effects of Particles Characteristics at High-temperature on Bubble Dynamic Behaviors and Acoustic Radiation Characteristics

    摘要:

    为探讨烟火药水下燃烧高温粒子与水作用的声辐射特性, 基于传热传质理论构建了烟火药水下燃烧高温粒子与水作用的气泡动力学模型, 计算分析了高温粒子的初始温度和粒径对气泡动力学与声辐射特性的影响。结果表明, 当燃烧深度为1 m时, 随着高温粒子初始温度和高温粒子初始半径的增加, 所形成气泡的体积、体积变化的加速度以及声压级均随之增大:高温粒子初始温度每增加200 K, 气泡的体积、体积变化的加速度和声压级分别平均增加1.01倍、1.78倍和1.04倍; 其初始半径每增加0.4 mm, 则气泡的体积、体积变化的加速度和声压级分别平均增加1.78倍、2.28倍和1.15倍。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the characteristic of the acoustic radiation induced by the interaction between water and high temperature particles produced by underwater combustion of pyrotechnic composition, a bubble dynamic model was deduced based on the heat transfer and mass transfer theory.The effect of initial temperature and radius for high temperature particles on the bubble dynamic behaviors and acoustic radiation characteristics were calculated and analyzed with the burning depth of 1 m.Results show that with the increase of the initial temperature and the radius, the bubbles volume, volume change acceleration and the sound pressure all increase.With the initial temperature of high temperature particle increasing by 200 K, the volume of the bubbles, the volume change acceleration and the sound pressure all increase by an average of 1.01 times, 1.78 times and 1.04 times, respectively.And with the initial radius of high temperature particle increasing by 0.4 mm, the volume change acceleration and the sound pressure all increase by an average of 1.78 times, 2.28 times and 1.15 times, respectively.
