Production of the Large Smooth ε-CL-20 Particle by an Alternative Method of Solvent and Anti-solvent

    摘要:

    将六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷 (CL-20) 的滤液加入到反溶剂中, 析出少量的晶体, 起到类似“晶种”的作用, 二次快加大量反溶剂使析出的晶体沿“晶种生长”以制备大颗粒圆滑ε-CL-20。分析了反溶剂体积和搅拌速率对ε-CL-20形貌和粒度的影响。对结晶后的ε-CL-20性能进行了表征。结果表明, 与原料相比, 采用这种方法制备出的ε-CL-20的晶体颗粒, 具有表面圆滑、无尖锐棱角、高致密、粒度分布窄的特点。ε-CL-20的特性落高H50从25 cm提高到40 cm, 摩擦感度从96%降到32%, 密度从2.0367 g·cm-3提高到2.0384 g·cm-3

    Abstract:

    The large smooth ε-CL-20 particle was prepared by adding CL-20 filtrate to anti-solvent, precipitated a small amount of crystal of playing a similar role of seed crystal, and the secondary faster adding a lot of anti-solvents, made the crystal grow along the seed crystal. The effect of solvent volume and stirring rate on the morphology and size of ε-CL-20 was analyzed. The performances of ε-CL-20 after crystallization were characterized. Results show that compared with the raw material, the crystal particles of ε-CL-20 prepared by this method have the characteristics of smooth surface, no sharp edge angle, high density and narrow size distribution. The characteristic drop height H50 of ε-CL-20 increases from 25 cm to 40 cm, the friction sensitivity decreases from 96% to 32%, the density increases from 2.0367 g·cm-3 to 2.0384 g·cm-3.
