    摘要:

    TATB药片经摩擦感度试验后,在滑柱的工作表面会产生一定程度的彩色花斑。为了弄清楚这是不是由于TATB点火造成的,作者在摩擦仪上以不同的条件用试验工具压制了TATB药片,然后对滑柱的工作面以及药片表面进行了检验。红外光谱分析的结果表明,尽管在某些条件下滑柱表面产生了不同的色斑但并没有发生任何化学反应,而是在压药端面形成了一层TATB薄膜,由于光干涉的作用形成了彩色。作者还对TATB的钝感作用进行了一些讨论。

    Abstract:

    After friction sensitivity test of TATB pellet, the working surface of the steel pillar wouled be coloured in some extent. In order to verify if it was resulted from the explosive ignition, the TATB pellets were compressed in situ on the friction device with the test tools under different conditions and then check the pillar surfaces and TATB examples compressed. Even though the pillars were coloured after compressing TATB pellets in some cases,the IR spectrum analysis indicated,there were not any chemical reaction occured,The different colours were the result of light interference from the TATB film formed on the surface during the pellet compression.The desensitization effect of TATB is discussed herein.
