In this paper, according to over-pressure and duration damage criterion and CI criterion of the shock wave, a new casualty ranking formulae are derived with least square method. Based on the analysis of characteristics of explosive field formed by FAE , characteristic equation is fitted with trial data. Then the range of casualty ranking of FAE is deduced (the power range).
