    摘要:

    研究了一种含TATB的高聚物粘结炸药的细观力学行为。带有预制裂纹的炸药试样在电子显微镜腔室的加载平台上进行压缩破坏原位试验,定量分析了其损伤变形局部化特征。利用数字图像相关技术得到了裂纹尖端附近的变形场和位移矢量场分布,表明预制边裂纹的存在对位移场有强烈的扰动。数字相关运算结果发现试样破坏前在预制裂纹尖端有一个错动引起的漩涡矢量场,而裂纹的最终扩展方向有沿着外载荷的方向发展的趋势。

    Abstract:

    A compressive experiment of in situ of SEM was employed to study the heterogeneous mechanical failure behaviors of plastic bonded explosive containing TATB at mesoscale. Digital pictures of Specimen subjected to quasistatic compressive load were captured for calculating deformation fields and displacement vector fields by the help of digital image correlation algorithm. The vortex field of vectors around the tip of preset crack is observed and the final failure model of specimen obeys the axial splitting which shows the difference from the traditionally accepted point of shearing failure. The localization of damage is visualized via distribution patterns of deformation field and displacement vector field which are affected strongly by the pre-exit crack.
