    摘要:

    在长时间受热条件下,采用原子力显微镜(AFM)对TATB/AU(双组分聚氨酯胶粘剂)复合薄膜的微区形貌变化和相位变化进行了原位观测。实验所选探针为0.38 N·m-1的DFM20N,扫描模式为Tapping,样品台温度为75 ℃,图像采样频率为0.15 fps。试验结果表明,TATB/AU包覆颗粒的膨胀是非线性的,聚酯胶在受热过程中先局部解聚再发生重聚,并且可能改变TATB的颗粒形态。

    Abstract:

    Micro-zone morphologic and phase changes of TATB/AU films were studied with in-situ AFM on a thermal stage in long-duration. The fixed-frequency of selected probe, DFM20N, was 0.38 N·m-1,and the scan module was Tapping Mode. The other parameters were 75 ℃ stage and 0.15 fps for sampling images. Nonlinear expansion was observed in this experiment. Depolymerization and reaggregation of polyester type of urethane (AU) coating TATB were presumed by analyzing images. The coated TATB grain doe not change its shape before 15 h, but it is split quickly after 19 h. The results show that the cut-throat shape variation of adhesive (AU) accelerates the cleavage of TATB crystal fine grains.
