    摘要:

    针对炸药装药侵彻安全性问题,从主炸药粒度、颗粒级配和装药工艺出发,研制了一种可以满足抗高过载性能的不敏感炸药。感度测试表明,在满足浇注工艺要求的前提下,采用较细粒度的HMX,经过颗粒级配和钝感处理,大大降低了炸药的机械感度; 采用特殊的装药工艺,严格控制了炸药装药质量,提高了装填密度达1.80 g·cm-3。采用试验弹,通过100 mm滑膛炮和钢筋混凝土靶,对所研制的新型抗过载炸药进行了侵彻安全性试验。侵彻过程中弹体保持完好,内部装药未燃未爆。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems such as the explosive charge safety during penetration, an insensitive explosive charge is designed started with choosing explosive size, size distribution and charging processes to endure high overloading. The impact and friction sensitivities were tested. Results show that after size distribution and deterred, the thinner of the HMX, is the lower of sensitivity will be. The density of charge is improved to 1.8 g·cm-3 by special technique which controlles explosive charge quality. The experiment research on safety of explosive charge was carried out with test projectiles penetrating reinforced concrete. It indicates that test projectiles are in good condition and the charge is unreactive during penetration.
